The Palace of Roure chooses to evoke Frédéric Mistral's masterpiece through ' the image ' of his peasant 15-year-old, small heroine of Provence, lover of the basket maker Vincent, whose tragic fate inspired the most beautiful poem of the biggest poet of langue d'oc...
For 150 French and foreign creative years: painters, draftsmen, sculptors, composers, writers, film-makers, photographers, poster designers, advertising agents were inspired by the character.
Film posters, photos of shooting, first interpreters of the opera of Gounod, the statue of the heroine, the first person to have carried this first name, girls' portraits, objects in his(her,its) effigy, model of ' Magnanarelles ", advertising documents, ' Festo Vierginenco ", model...

Until November 28th, from Tuesday till Saturday from 10 am till 12 am and 2 pm at 5:30 pm, except holidays
